An Incredible Mountain Bike Race For All Ages

Last week I had the oppourtunity to photograph the Spoke O’Motion Weekly Race Series.  It is a weekly mountain bike race located at Coulson Hill, just outside of Bradford, ON and runs throughout the summer.  This is a family friendly race series with riders of all ages participating.  There are multiple categories to race in which allows every rider to find something at their skill level.  At the end of the series the top three in each category are presented with metals and prizes!

After watching the 71 riders that participated last week, I can’t help but feel like they are all winners!  The riders were beaming with the “joy of riding”, smiles, determination & skill as they raced past me.  It was truly inspiring!
