Elvis Presley’s PB&B Sandwich

I love participating in photo challenges and this week the theme at Daytripper photo is to photograph something that has to do with legendary musician Elvis Presley.  This challenge reminded me that as a kid my mother often played Elvis’s music in our family home, she is a huge fan!  I remember her telling us one day while listening to “Hound Dog” for the gazillionth time, that Elvis’s favourite sandwich was a peanut-butter and banana sandwich.  Of course I’ve enjoyed eating PB&B sandwiches ever since, and I still love the song “Hound Dog”!  Here is my take on the legendary Elvis Presley’s favourite sandwich:
